Contact the Municipal Court Office regarding any questions you might have about your citation(s) and/or warrant(s). If you have received a citation, you must appear on or before the date and time on your citation. Please do not appear the same day you receive the citation.
If you have trouble using the online payment option, you may pay by mail or pay in person.
To pay by mail, mail a money order made payable to "Brookside Village Municipal Court" to 6243 Brookside Road, Brookside Village, TX 77581-2045. The clerk uses the postmarked date (stamped by your postal service) to note the payment date. Do not send cash. Send only a money order through the mail. Include the citation/ticket number on the money order.
To pay in person, the defendant must pay in person in cases in which he/she has not yet entered a plea. The address is 6243 Brookside Road, Brookside Village, TX 77581-2045.
